August 28, 2017 – Milwaukee, WI – The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty has hired Natalie Goodnow, recent graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School and formerly at the American Enterprise Institute, as a Research Fellow to expand its public policy research capabilities. Natalie will join WILL’s policy team working on its portfolio of research including K12 education reform, economic freedom, and federalism.
Originally from Minnesota, Natalie graduated in May, 2017 from Harvard Kennedy School with a Master’s Degree in Public Policy. While at the Kennedy School, she served as a managing editor for the Kennedy School Review. Her academic focus was on social policy and she specializes in issues of child welfare, family strengthening, and poverty.

Rick Esenberg, president and general counsel at WILL, welcomed Natalie, “We are very happy to have someone with Natalie’s unique background and experience to help us as we continue to grow. She brings strong research and writing capabilities that will enable WILL to continue to produce and release original, timely, and issue-based studies that inform Wisconsin’s pressing public policy debates.”
Natalie Goodnow noted, “I’m very excited to be in Milwaukee and working with the team at WILL. Their work, attorneys, and experts are nationally recognized and being able to contribute in the way WILL does is a tremendous opportunity.”
