Rep. Hutton Votes “Aye” on Passage of Assembly Budget
MADISON – “I am very encouraged by the inclusion of full repeal of prevailing wage and other conservative reforms in this year’s budget. However, I remain concerned about the continued growth of government spending in this and the previous budget”, said Representative Rob Hutton (R-Brookfield).
“We must work diligently to begin changing this trajectory. As Chair of the Government Accountability and Oversight committee my committee is working on key initiatives this fall that will begin to uncover opportunities to significantly reduce state spending across the board.”
Representative Hutton represents the 13th Assembly District which contains parts of Milwaukee and Waukesha counties and includes Elm Grove and portions of Brookfield, Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, and West Allis.
