In a unanimous ruling recently, the U.S. Supreme Court sent a case challenging the legislative maps drawn by Wisconsin Republicans back to the lower court, but didn’t comment on the merits of the case. And in another nationally watched case, Wisconsin is leading a 20-state lawsuit challenging the legality of Obamacare’s individual mandate.
