The MacIver Institute‘s Matt Kittle, filling in for Vicki McKenna on WISN, interviewed Sarah Ruffi whose twelve-year-old son is being blocked by the city of Wausau from selling ice cream from his bicycle. The Ruffi family didn’t take ‘no’ for an answer.
