They’re just admitting what we already know. When it comes to sports, Wisconsin owns Minnesota. Just ask Minneapolis-based Target stores.
Target has pulled the Minnesota Badgers Onesie from their stores and is apologizing to Minnesota Gopher fans, according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
“As a Minnesota-based company, we know we are home to the Gophers,” a Target spokesman told the newspaper. “We’ve worked with our vendor to remove this item and apologize to any sports fans who might have been left scratching their head.”
We’re not puzzled at all. It’s the closest Minnesota will ever get to being great.
