Duey Stroebel in the MacIver studio to talk about the need for referendum reform, what’s been done to protect taxpayers so far, and what else can be done. Stroebel says the legislature was able to push school referendums to regularly scheduled election days, but the legislature needs to reform how shared school revenue from the state is affected by local referendums.
