Bob Seitz, Deputy Secretary at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, is this week’s guest on RightWisconsin Conversations. Seitz talks about the savings in the DOT budget since last year’s audit, the I-94 East-West Freeway, and where do the orange barrels get stored when they’re not being used?

Seitz gives us an update on the freeway projects that are being done early and talks about how the savings are no longer being used to create more spending on other projects.
