A new ad from the National Republican Senatorial Committee is hitting Democratic senators, including Wisconsin’s Senator Tammy Baldwin, for their support of Obamacare.
“As Democrats continue to grandstand without offering solutions, Tammy Baldwin’s broken promises are fresh on Wisconsinites’ minds,” said NRSC Communications Director Katie Martin. “Tammy Baldwin should be held accountable for being dishonest with voters and being complacent in Obamacare’s death spiral.”
The ad, which appears on Facebook, shows a number of Democratic senators supporting Obamacare. It shows Baldwin at the 11 second mark saying, “We can stem that tide of spiraling, ah, health care costs…”
The ad attacking Democrats on Obamacare comes as Senate Republicans are unable to agree on legislation to replace Obamacare that would be able to pass using the budget reconciliation process.
